A standard license agreement is entered into between the student and Murrough management. The student is obliged to adhere to the village Rules as per license agreement. Once the deposit is received a license Agreement will be sent to the student. Only students with their signed license agreement, passport photos and monies due will be issued with a key.
Every effort will be made to accommodate student requests.
You may have to move apartments if students cancel or drop out of college.
Room inspections are carried out monthly and all students are responsible for maintaining their property to the standard they received it. Please note that each student should take out insurance cover for your personal belongings on site. It is a requirement that each student updates their antivirus software. If a student is found to have infected the gleann na ri network then that student will be liable for any charges incurred to restore the network.
If a student pays their security deposit and decides not to stay in gleann na ri, for whatever reason, a €250.00 cancellation charge will apply.
In the case of placement students it is the students responsibility to state that they are placement students and to enter the commencement date of placement. If a student signs their lease for the entire academic year they will be liable for full rent for the period up to June 2012. All changes to original lease agreement must be signed by office personal.
It is the student’s responsibility to check all details of the license agreement before signing.
The lease period is for the academic year, unless previous agreement has been made with Murrough Management Ltd. If however the student vacates the premises during the lease period no refund of rent or security money will be made.
